The Memorandum of Understanding between Rotary Club of Narayangarh (RCN) & Water Center 21 Pahal was signed to implement the Rotary Global Grant Nawalpur WASH project located in ward no. 5 of Siranchowk Rural Municipality of Gorkha district. It is funded by the Rotary Foundation and implemented by Rotary Club of Narayangarh. The cooperating partner is Water Center 21 Pahal. Pahal will provide expertise, infrastructure, advocacy, training, education, or other support for the grant. Below are the major responsibilities of Pahal.

- Joint monitoring and evaluation of the project
- Reporting to RCN
The project targets to benefit 27 households, 1 secondary with 300 students and 1 Mosque. The total budget of the project is 5.182 million NPR. It is under construction stage, two intakes, 1 sump well (12,000 Ltr), 1 storage tank (12,000 Ltr), 450 meters long transmission pipeline, 6 private tapstands are completed till date. The 2 HP hybrid solar pump is under installation. The international sponsor of this project is Rotary club of Pasco-Kennewick from the USA.
