Pahal aims to demonstrate the best and optimal use of water taking into account its economic cost as well as social importance. This includes innovation, efficiency, and integration opportunities in our interventions by keeping “water” at the center and promoting the nexus with agriculture, energy, and impact of climate change on water. Our research and learning on the ground will offer innovative solutions. The successful outcomes will be repackaged to make an offer for its wider replication with the local government, provincial government, and donors so that the communities in Nepal and elsewhere can benefit from it.
