Many low-capacity Municipalities, both rural and urban, in Nepal possess a wealth of past plans. However, there is a need to consolidate and prioritize these plans for effective implementation and to attract investments. This initiative seeks to mobilize experts to review, harmonize, and present these plans to potential national and international investors.
