The Memorandum of Understanding between Devghat Rural Municipality and Water Center 21 PAHAL was signed on 13th January 2022 to prepare a Strategic Planning Document. Suman Prasad Sharma, Chairman of PAHAL and Durga Bahadur Thapa, Mayor of Devghat Municipality signed the agreemt. Guneshwar Mahato, CEO of PAHAL, and other elected representatives of the Municipality were present during the signing program, The agreed duration of this MoU is 5 years.
The main objective of this MoU is to prepare a strategic planning document (short and long term) for Devghat Rural Municipality to make it a model
Municipality of Nepal by identifying opportunities in water resources, agriculture, tourism, water, sanitation hygiene, etc. to attract the major investors to implement development projects.
