Water Center 21 Pahal

With the support of Rotary Club of Pasco-Kennewick of district 5080, USA, a global grant project on Nawalpur water supply and micro-irrigation project was completed by Rotary club of Narayangarh in Nawalpur village of Siranchowk rural municipality, Gorkha district. The project has benefited 27 families, 1 secondary school with 300 students and 1 Mosque with 10 people. It was completed in 2023.

The project consisted of an intake, a 12,000 liters capacity sump well, a 5.5 HP solar hybrid pumping system, a 20,000 liters capacity storage tank, 29 numbers of yard connections, a school filter, hand washing stations, pad vending machines and pad disposal system. Water Center Twenty One Pahal was a cooperating partner for this project, which mobilized a field coordinator, a technician and a social mobilizer.
